Dr Sebastian Spörer

Dr Sebastian Spörer is one of Germany’s leading management trainers in biological people and organisational development. His focus is turning neurobiological findings into higher productivity, enthusiasm and agility inside companies.

He works with Siemens, Hilti, Wittenstein and Allianz among others and is managing director of Neuro Pioneers Training und Consulting GmbH. As a psycho-neuro-immunologist (kPNI) he teaches at several universities and academies, including the Haufe Akademie and the ZWW at the University of Augsburg.
